Terms of service
Before buying, please ensure you read all our Sales Conditions including our Returns/Refunds/Exchange Policy, Warranty Policy once you purchase an item this enters you into a legal contract. All our item prices include GST.
Returns
Returns may be made within 7 days of item being received.
Returns can be made for items that are faulty. We will replace or refund the item within this period.
Refunds can be made if the product is faulty.
We do offer refund for change of mind within 7 days of purchase.
We will Refund or exchange the product if the product is not what you wanted.
Conditions of return, are the product is in original undamaged packaging and a current invoice or (Proof of purchase) matches the returning product.
Warranty
Watts Communications stands by all the products we sell. If for some reason the item fails within the warranty period send it back and we will either repair or replace the item depending on its warranty conditions
Manufacturer Warranty is provided on all items - This is usually between 12 months and a 5-year warranty depending on what products you buy.
The item can be sent back to us or direct to the manufacturer. Any warranty issues please call or email the shop.
At Watts Communications We Observe to all trading rules applied to our industry
Watts Communications operating hours are Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm AUS Eastern Standard Time, this excludes public holidays.
Any enquiries received outside of these hours may not receive replies until business hours the following day.
Shipping
Shipping within Australia.
Pickups are available from unit 1, 68-70 Kembla St Fyshwick ACT 2609.
Items are shipped via Australia Post once full payment is received.
Please allow up to 7 working days for some items to be delivered (from the day the item is despatched). In most cases, it will be much quicker.
Any charges incurred by parcels that cannot be posted due to Buyer providing incorrect address will be covered by the Buyer. These charges must be paid before item can be resent.
Watts Communications is not responsible for any missing parcel/s in transit unless delivery insurance has been paid.
we will endeavour to make sure the buyer is aware when item is being sent. If you would like details of the item being sent or a tracking number, we can gladly email you the details.
